How it started

We are Teun van den Doel and Joep de Vries, two enthusiastic padel players with a great passion for the sport. While playing, we kept noticing the same problem: jackets, bags, and water bottles were often lying on the ground next to the court. This created clutter and made the court less tidy and organized. We found it striking that there wasn't a good and simple solution for this yet.

  • From Idea to JOTÉ

    From that experience, the idea for JOTÉ was born. We further developed that idea during our Entrepreneurship minor. What started as a frustration we often experienced ourselves, grew into a practical and stylish solution for padel players. With JOTÉ, players can hang their belongings neatly and securely on the padel fence.

  • Why JOTÉ

    With JOTÉ, we want to create more peace and clarity on and around the court. This way, belongings stay off the ground and you have everything close at hand during play. JOTÉ was conceived from practice: by players, for players. This is precisely why it perfectly meets what padel players truly need for more convenience, overview, and comfort.
